I don’t like my item, can I return it?

For the wrong size order, you need to return the product within 7 days to us to be eligible for the product exchange in the same category. Kindly email us at care@chew.live to check eligibility for the return.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

Any defects in the product, we will consider the return. Kindly email/whatsapp ( care@chew.live ) us the image and the issue. No question asked for genuine concerns.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
