Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Chew. If you’re not satisfied or need to return an item, here’s our simple refund and returns policy:To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours,
  • by What’sApp at +91 9653489898 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST
  • by email at care@chew.live with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Any defects in the product, we will consider the return. Kindly email/whatsapp ( care@chew.live ) us the image and the issue. No question asked for genuine concerns.
  • The item should be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For the wrong size order, you need to return the product within 7 days to us to be eligible for the product exchange in the same category. Kindly email us at care@chew.live to check eligibility for the return.
  • Shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer. You will receive the exchanged product within 7-10 working days ( Mon- Fri ). Additionally, for your shipping expenses, we will compensate with a 15% voucher coupon on your registered email id with us which you can use on your next online purchase on our website within 3 months.
  • If you send used product then we will not exchange the product & refund any charges.

Returns & Exchanges on Sale/Discounted Purchase :

  1. We do not provide exchange/return for stock clearance sale or discounted purchase but we do replace it for you after we receive the product within 10 days. Kindly check the size carefully before ordering.
  2. Otherwise, All returns must be in unused condition incase you observe any damage.
  3. No return and refund on discounted price products and offered products. You can only exchange our product after we recieve your product without any damage. Shipping cost upto Rs. 100 will be refunded post we receive the product in exact condition as image sent by you to us within 24 hours.
  4. If you send used product then we will not exchange the product & refund any charges.
